Refund Policy
Last updated September 23, 2026
This policy explains how to cancel an OrganicDeck plan and when you get money back. It's part of our Terms of Service.
1.Free trial
A new project can start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you're not charged. If you don't, the plan starts on day 7 and the first period is charged.
2.How to cancel
- In OrganicDeck: Settings → Plan → Manage billing. Only project owners can do it.
- In your Link account at link.com, where your purchases through Link are listed.
The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and then doesn't renew. After that, the project stops being measured, and you can still sign in to see what was measured.
3.Refunds
Once a period has started, its payment isn't refundable. That includes unused time, unused videos, readings or questions, and renewals you forgot to cancel, for monthly and yearly plans, extra video packs and top-ups alike.
We do refund, fully or in part:
- Charges made by mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled.
- Charges you didn't authorize.
- Time when OrganicDeck didn't work as described for reasons on our side, for example if your project couldn't be measured for a significant part of a period.
- The unused part of a prepaid period if we close your account without cause, or stop offering something that's a material part of your plan.
- Any case in which the law of your country requires a refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and include any taxes you paid. They usually take 3 to 7 business days to appear.
4.Link's refund policy
OrganicDeck is sold through Link, which has its own refund policy. Within 60 days of a payment, you can ask Link for a refund if, for example, you didn't receive what you paid for or it was significantly different from its description. If Link's policy gives you more than ours, Link's policy applies.
5.How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] from your account's email, with your project's name and the date of the charge, which appears on your Link receipt. We reply within 2 business days.
You can also contact Link support.
6.Plan changes
- An upgrade charges the prorated difference right away.
- A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, and the current period isn't refunded.
- Adding extra video packs charges the prorated amount right away. Removing them credits the unused part to your next invoice.
