Plans

There are three plans: Starter, Growth and Scale. All of them follow unlimited accounts on the six platforms and include Radar, the Overview, the Posts list, CSV export, Intelligence and Slideshows. They differ in videos, how often they measure, members, and Intelligence each month. Prices and limits are on the pricing page.

You can pay monthly or yearly. Yearly costs 20% less.

Free trial

• A new project can start with a 7-day free trial of the plan it chooses. It asks for a card.
• The trial has the whole plan: videos, how often it measures and members. Intelligence has a smaller allowance during the trial, and Settings → Plan shows what's left.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you're not charged. If you don't, the plan starts when the trial ends and the first period is charged.
• There's one trial per project and per person.

Videos in tracking

The plan counts videos, not accounts. Videos in tracking are the newest posts of each account you follow, as many per account as you set in Settings → Measurements, plus the posts you added by link.

• Each account measured whole takes at least 10 videos, even if it has fewer posts.
• A paused account doesn't take up videos.
• Every measurement reads all the posts in tracking. Depending on the plan, that happens every day or every 12 hours.
• The Your plan block in the sidebar shows how many videos and reads are in use. Press it to open Settings → Plan.

When the plan is full, what you follow keeps being measured, but you can't add accounts or posts. If you're above the plan, for example after moving to a smaller one, nothing is deleted. Each measurement reads only your newest posts that fit, and the rest keep their last numbers until there's room.

The plan also limits how many new videos come in each month. It counts the posts read when you add accounts or posts by link, or keep more posts per account. Deleting an account frees room in the plan but doesn't give back this month's new videos. They renew on the 1st.

Every limit shows the same card: what ran out, what keeps working, when it renews and the plan with more room. Owners see Upgrade plan on it. Members see a note to ask an owner.

Intelligence each month

• Reads: each slideshow read counts as one, and so does each started minute of video, up to 3 per video. The posts that took off are read first. See How OrganicDeck reads posts.
• Questions: each question you ask Intelligence.
• Slideshows: each slideshow written and each change asked in words. Picking another hook, editing by hand, designing, downloading and sending to TikTok are free.

All three renew on the 1st of each month. A slideshow that fails isn't counted, and neither is a read that got no answer. When this month's reads run out, new posts wait to be read until the 1st. Reads and questions can be topped up. Slideshows can't.

Extras

In Settings → Plan, owners can add more to the plan they have:

• Extra videos come in packs of 1,000 videos a month, on a paid subscription. You're charged now for what's left of the billing period, then with each renewal. Each plan takes a limited number of packs, shown beside them. When you remove a pack, the part you didn't use comes off your next invoice.
• Top-ups add 1,000 Intelligence reads or 100 questions for a one-time payment. They're used once the month's run out, and they don't expire. You can buy them during the trial too.

Every button that charges asks you to confirm first and says what it charges.

Change plan

Owners change the plan or the billing period with Change plan, beside Manage billing. It shows the three plans with yours marked. Before anything changes, the page says what you'll be charged and from when.

• During the trial, the change is immediate and nothing is charged. The trial keeps its end date.
• A larger plan, or yearly instead of monthly, applies now. You're charged the difference for what's left of the period.
• A smaller plan, or monthly instead of yearly, applies at the end of the period you already paid for. The line with your subscription shows the change and its date.
• To undo a change that's waiting, choose your current plan. The button says Keep and your plan's name.
• Your extra videos move with you, up to what the new plan takes.

Billing, payments and cancelling

Manage billing opens a secure page where you update your card, see your invoices and cancel.

• If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew. After that, the project has no plan. Your data stays, nothing is measured or added, and the project opens on the plans until an owner chooses one.
• If a payment fails, the line with your subscription says so. Update your card in Manage billing to keep your plan.
• Stripe processes payments, and Link, a Stripe service, sends your receipts. Your card statement shows a charge from LINK.COM* ORGANICDECK.
